Dear Editor,
I write in reference to the unwarranted and unwanted interference by foreign peoples in the national internal affairs of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas in its attempts to protect Bahamian citizens and legal residents from theft of Bahamian land by illegal foreign immigrants, who then, totally contrary to our laws and regulations, construct precarious and dangerous buildings with no legal access to utilities.
Perhaps the “UN human rights experts” might find better use of their time and energy in haranguing those same immigrants, before they depart their home nations, to make applications to legally migrate to the Bahamas or other nations. Also perhaps these same “experts” might assist us by offering to resettle these illegal immigrants in their own home nations and see how their nationals take to that idea.
By the way we all do understand the definition of the word “expert?” An “ex” is a has been and “xpert” someone under pressure!!
