Dear Mr. Editor,
I have been hearing a number of people, both here and abroad, in reference to lock-downs and beach and park closures, talking about allowing we humans to trust in our neighbours’ good sense.
I regret to say but the human animal is one of the more stupid creatures the Good Lord put on this earth.
The shouting and screaming after our Prime Minister, quite rightly, decided to close those same beaches and parks for our Independence weekend and for our health protection, was probably heard in New York; but to prove my comment above, one week later, in early evening, it was impossible to see the sand on Saunders Beach because of the huge number of my idiotic Bahamian brethren crowding this beach.
