I read with interest this morning’s Tribune article detailing the gift of military hardware from The People’s Republic of China to our government and the RBDF.
Armoured vehicles, anti-riot grenade launchers, tear gas grenades and night vision goggles among other things; all of the above equipment is used primarily for population suppression and crowd control something the Chinese are particularly adept at.
Is this perhaps an early indicator that our own civil liberties & personal freedoms may soon be under assault?
