It' Sunday, and if you can't get out into the boat (like me) you might enjoy this Rolling Stone article about the top 100 Beatles songs.
When we were on holiday recently I picked the "Special Collectors Edition" Rolling Stone magazine up and it is worth holding on to.
The introduction by one of the greats, Elvis Costello, who is a huge Beatles fan, is worth the purchase price alone.
Each song has a brief summary about how it came about, who the primary writer was etc, with a host of great photos.
It is only supposed to be displayed in stores until the end of November, so I hope you can find one.
By the way, while I am a big fan of Paul McCartney's music, I'm an even bigger fan of John Lennon's. Mind you George Harrison was no slouch either, just not as prolific.
