The Cuban Government is apparently going to lift travel restrictions so Cubans can travel freely for the first time in over 50 years.
But of course there's a catch or two.
- Most countries will have to provide a visa allowing Cubans to visit, and
- Doctors and other professionals will still be restricted.
Apparently they might not return to the utopia Castro created.
Ho hum.
