With murders at record levels this year it makes one sit up and take notice.
Yes, most of the murders seem drug related or the parties know each other, but what has gone wrong?
As usual many of us simply want to throw the burden onto some mystical thing called "government". Even the Opposition parties are calling on the very government they help make up - at least they go to Parliament as MP's and Senators - to find solutions. Shouldn't they be offering some ideas up?
Many of the Police are working themselves to a frazzle and lots of them go above and beyond the call of duty in an effort to solve crime and protect us, but I'm wondering how community involvement might help with potential solutions. Seems the citizens of the communities with most crime should be more involved with the Police and help identify the criminal element?
What role can the many Churches in our communities play?
What am I missing?
How about helping with your ideas? Post them below and we can send them to the Police.
