The vote to change the country's constitution to give Chavez ultimate control in Venezuela has dealt the wanna be dictator a stunning defeat.
Now the world will wait in anticipation of his next move.
It is doubtful he will act very statesman like in light of his stated desire to emulate Fidel Castro.
