I am all for the cat-o-nine tail as a form of punishment when dealing with sex offenders, etc.
Since the law allowing for the cat is on the books, why not use it. Whilst the judge in the recent ruling did not rule that the cat be used, but instead the rod, I support the return of this wonderful alternative.
I can guarantee that many criminal minded individuals and potential rapists would think twice or thrice or more times before carrying out their heinous act, because they would contemplate the lashes of the cat awaiting them. As far as I see it, sex offenders and other criminals can live free, eat free and lounge in prison......why not add another deterrent....one that would be most memorable.
Oh fat CAT, welcome back.....when we were children and we did some wrong deed, we were whipped.......and in my case, I rarely, if ever, repeated the same mistake.
