Chavez is an interesting character creating political mischief throughout the region with the spoils of his country's oil reserves.
He is billed by some as simply a kind hearted person trying to help his neighbouring, poorer countries.
Of course what he is doing in Venezuela is proving him to be less than kind hearted.
