Joan Thompson, born in Canada, graduate of the University of Toronto married with three children and 11 grand children and founder of the Brass & Leather Shop Ltd, Nassau, in 1960.
Retired from full time duties energies are now directed to family and The Nassau Institute of which she is the President and founding Director.
