If this mornings story in the press regarding the Ministry of Housing clearing property in Chippingham for low cost homes without discussions with the Bahamas National Trust is true it confirms that government does not give two hoots about its own regulations and pending laws.
Is there any wonder why rumours abound thaty bribery is again the order of the day if you want a license or permit or phone line etc.
When the leaders do not follow the rules, why should anyone else?
