Just when we thought the proponents of PetroCaribe had run out of things to say they apparently validated that the current offer from Mr. Chavez is ‘simply a variant of the Caracas accord’.
It is such a ‘variant’ that it has political and financial ramifications that we do not think the country should consider involving themselves in.
Of course the real content of the draft agreement is never discussed, so, as we said at the outset, the proponents of PetroCaribe have run out of things to say.
